In Response to COVID-19:
We are sure all of us cannot wait to get back on the field. We will all return from this adversity as a better community with even stronger individuals.
We will continue to make weekly videos that can be done at home. With each video we do our best to consider space and equipment. The impact of these videos will be more effectively maximized if players are recording their scores daily. You can complete these exercises as many times as you’d like in a day.
You will find that by timing yourself and attempting to beat your previous scores, these exercises provide a fantastic physical workout. Timing oneself will also demand that the skill moves are performed with more precision. Overall, the exercises will deliver a solid technical/physical workout.
